No record of William Campbell and Sarah Ann Havens appear in this census.
However, church records of the Congregational Church at Cold Springs, Hamilton Township, then recently developed by the Reverend William Hayden, show William and Sarah Ann Campbell joining the church congregation in the "church year" 1845-1846. Some records suggest that William Campbell became the (first) church secretary and a Deacon and that Sarah Ann Campbell probably joined the choir and became friends with the wife of Reverend William Hayden.
Why William and Sarah Ann Campbell did not show up in the census record for 1847 is unclear at this time.
